The Bikeride Empordà in its version of road is a circular route of about 156 km, mostly by secondary roads and with little traffic, that is thought to be realized in 2 days and, therefore, is ideal for a weekend or a bridge.You can also extend the stay one day, either in Girona or in the coastal towns of Tamariu or Llafranc, and take advantage of tourism.
The route begins in the city of Girona, with a first part of half a mountain that crosses the massif of the Gavarres, passing by the Baix Empordà and its medieval villages until arriving at the beach, in the town of Tamariu.
From here we have a second part that runs along the most beautiful part of the Costa Brava, from Tamariu to Calonge, between coves, seafaring villages, beaches and small mountains.
